Mark Horton Named Young Agent of the Year by Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia

Mark Horton, Assistant Vice President of Towne Insurance has been named Young Agent of the Year by the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia (IIAV). This annual award has been presented to agents 40 years or younger since 1979 who demonstrate excellence within the insurance industry, achievements within their organization, and involvement with the IIAV.

Mark joined Towne Insurance in 2005 as an Insurance Producer and currently focuses on Middle-Large Commercial Clients and Bonds. He educates his clients to make the right decision that will best fit their insurance needs. Mark has qualified for the company’s valued Chairman’s Club for seven consecutive years.

Mark was honored at the IIAV Annual Young Agents’ Conference at The Tides Inn on Thursday, October 10 in Irvington, Virginia.
