Suzanne O'Keefe

Suzanne O'Keefe serves our team as Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer. In this role, Suzanne focuses on the continuous growth of Towne Insurance, including organic growth, bank partnerships, and strategic acquisitions. She facilitates connections with production, marketing, carrier relationships, and banking partners.

Suzanne has a deep understanding of the specific needs of bank-owned agencies. She brings a wealth of experience to Towne Insurance and has held roles in sales leadership, was the head of insurance-bank partnerships, led small business insurance teams, served as a regional sales manager, and as the head of sales management and support. She is especially skilled at promoting cross-organizational collaboration and partnership growth.
