Having trouble creating a Shield24 account? You will need:
You are now ready to use Shield24!
Select the 'Forgot Details' link in the Shield24 login box.
2. Important: Your username is your email address. Please enter your email address in each field on this screen, then select the 'Continue' button.
3. An email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Click the password reset link in the email.
4. You will be prompted to choose a security question in case you need to reset your password again in the future.
5. You will then be prompted to set your new password!
